What is one thing that you hope your blog accomplishes this next year?
Next year, like 2014? I guess that I still even have a blog.
As for 2013 I have a few short-term goals.
1} Get 1,000 Facebook FanPage Likers. I am struggling so much here! I had 987 and now, I'm down to 981. Not sure what happened. I am trying to be more engaging, but apparently the more I post there, the less people like me? Also, it's hard for me because I don't really understand the "reach" and "talking about" of it all.
2} Have my posts be more fulfilling to me. I just resigned from co-hostessing a hop because I felt me content was really bad and didn't want to bring the hop down. So, with taking that away from my blogging life, I hope that I will be able to focus more on my content.
3} Make more than $50.00 per month for the rest of the year. So far this year, I have only topped off at $65.00 one month, but that was because the month before I did "pay out" (average $40.00 per month YTD). I do not expect to make a whole ton of money on my little blog, but more than an average of $40.00 would be nice. Especially with Passionfruit starting to charge. I could really use some more sponsors {which leads me to #3}...
4} Be more supportive of those that sponsor me. I need to be more active with them on Twitter and Facebook. I think HootSuite is about to reenter my world. 5} One of my blogging goals for 2013 was to re-organize my blog and I have. Each day has a correlating topic now. Every once and again a different post will sneak in there, but when I write them, this is the schedule I will follow. I am really excited about the giveaways on Fridays!
