Semi Homemade Cornbread

Yummy!  My favorite!  Here's what you need to go to the store for:
6 ounces of cream corn
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk (a little over is ok)
8.5 ounce box of Jiffy Cornbread mix



Preheat oven to 350.  Spray bottom of a 9x9 pan with a non-stick spray.  Mix the 1st three ingredients together.


Slowly add box of Cornbread mix.  Pour mixture into 9x9 pan.  Bake until golden brown, a little darker on the edges and a toothpick comes out clean.
